Lay a garment flat closed, and double the measurement between the lowest point of the arm seams.
HIPS
Lay a garment flat closed, and measure across the hem, now double it.
SLEEVE LENGTH
Measure the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
TOTAL LENGTH
The length at the center back, from the base of the collar to the hem.
